Your awareness is what creates the boundaries of this moment…
Just simply become aware of life itself, in this moment, here and Now…
Happiness is revealed when we allow awareness of BEing to outshine awareness of objects…
Our minds are just waves on the ocean of Consciousness…
Did you notice that with the shifting of your attention, the moment shifts?…
For it is not what you do, but what you stop doing that matters…
When our false perception is corrected, misery ends also…

Maybe intellectually at first, but do not stop there…
One must align one's heart and mind with this, in practice… with devotion…
Awareness is like the sun. When it shines on things, they are transformed.
You see, the only place you have actually ever been, or will ever be, is Now… Let that sink in… this means that it is your attention that is creating the concept that you are not fully illuminated right Now… distracted in the ideas of the “past or the future”. You thus become deeply wrapped up in the world you are projecting, instead of seeing that you are the projector of it… You see; The only state that one needs to manage is the present moment state. Let’s take a moment to process that simple, yet profound statement… The only state that one needs to manage is the present moment state. Let’s breathe in slowly and deeply … now pause and hold the breath… holding the breath braces the mind.. focus inwardly… release and exhale slowly… Breath in again slowly and deeply… hold and focus inwardly Now within the heart… release and exhale slowly… You see, the world is not your problem, it’s your mind imagining ‘that it’s real’ that is… Essentially you are projecting a world of your own imagination, based on memories, desires, and fears… Who you associate yourself to be is based on the content which you’ve experienced, and the idea of what it will be in the future. The whole concept of your identity first arises from the past and then relates to the future. This dream world has become your prison, and so you must break the spell to be free. Stop believing the wrong ideas you have about yourSelf… Anxiety, therefore, is only an anxious conscious state, looking into the future anxiously.
When one can learn to manage this Now, this present state, then the whole of one’s life meets one, here and Now…
You see, there is no need of faith…
Faith is only the expectation of results.
We must actually release from the outcome, for it is present moment awareness that one requires…
It is devotion to pure presence which raises your Consciousness state…
This is what ultimately counts…
As you raise your Consciousness state, your interpretation of the past shifts and your relationship to the association of your Self, shifts. You essentially ‘alter the past’ and thus this means the past rises up… And as the past rises up, naturally, so does the future.
And when do you meet the future?… Now
But what about intention creation… the current new rage in popularity of manifesting your desires?…
The manifesting of more desire is in itself the propagation of BEing unfulfilled…
fleeting local phenomena, which will come and go, can never actually bring the deep satisfaction you desire…
As was eloquently stated in the Chandogya Upanishad;
Those who depart from this world without knowing who they are or what they truly desire have no freedom here or hereafter.
But those who leave here knowing who they are and what they truly desire have freedom everywhere,
Both in this world, and in the next…
